WEBSITE PACKAGES

  • Develop your WordPress website including helping you with choosing your website theme, colors, page creation, and the full function you need. I’ll assist you with obtaining your domain and hosting needs. This package also includes a personalized tutorial so that you know how to manage your site and you are in full control. A website maintenance package (below) is available for those who don’t have the time to manage their site. This a “start from scratch” package for those who currently have no website or who wish to start over. $375.00
  • Transfer your current website to WordPress including helping you with choosing your website theme, colors, page creation, and the full function you need. This package also includes a personalized tutorial so that you know how to manage your site and are in full control. I’ll work with you to make sure your domain and hosting services are meeting your needs. $300.00
  • WordPress Theme Change to move your current theme into a new fresh look. This package includes backing up content so that it can be transferred to your new site. If you need a tutorial about managing your site it’s included. $250.00
  • Website Maintenance can take up your time. This package includes making sure that all plugins, widgets, and themes are updated as needed along with inserting your content on to pages and posts. $50.00 monthly with a six-month minimum commitment.

LOGO

  • Logo Design includes an initial consultation with you to discover and develop your logo as it fits your business brand. You’ll then receive an initial set of designs reflecting the outcomes of the consultation. We’ll work together to narrow down your choices until we have the design that works best for you. Upon completion, you’ll receive your final logo in multiple formats, a style sheet with your brand colors and typography plus any add-ons you’ve chosen. $350.00
  • Logo Add-Ons include website headers, social media headers, alternative versions of your logo, business card design, rack card design, and other promotional materials. Each add-on is $50.00 allowing you to customize your full package. You can also come back at a later time to request an add-on item.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Social media setup package includes setting up your chosen social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). I’ll help you develop your presence on social media which means strategizing the best sites for your business and social media campaign development. Part of this package is a tutorial to set you up to be successful going forward. $300.00
  • Social media posting packages include developing posts for your social media accounts that build on your marketing strategy. All packages have a six-month minimum commitment
  1. Up to 5 social media platforms with up to 5 posts per week – $300.00 per month
  2. Up to 4 social media platforms with up to 4 posts per week – $250.00 per month
  3. Up to 3 social media platforms with up to 3 posts per week – $200.00 per month
  4. Up to 2 social media platforms with up to 3 posts per week – $150.00 per month

CONTENT SERVICES

  • Blogging includes creating and curating content for your blog based on your needs. All content created for you is completely yours to use. All packages have a three-month minimum commitment.
  1. Up to 3 blog articles (original and curated copy) per week – $300.00 per month
  2. Up to 2 blog articles (original and curated copy) per week – $250.00 per month
  3. One blog article (original and curated copy) per week – $200.00 per month
  • Site Content provides the help you need getting content on your site to attract and inform your visitors. Your website page content will be developed to match your brand and aimed at your target audience. We’ll strategize together to craft content that works best for your needs. This package includes up to 10 edits throughout the process so you get just what you need. $300.00

ASSESSMENT CONSULTATIONS

  • Website Assessment is perfect for those who want fresh eyes to look through your site for optimum functionality, ease of use, and general look with your specific target audience in mind. The consultation includes an in-depth conversation about your goals, your target market, your concerns, and expectations. After a page by page assessment, you’ll be provided with a detailed report of options available to you to improve site performance and attract your target market based on your goals. $300.00
  • Marketing Assessment helps you get a new perspective on your current marketing plan with the goal of seeking new and fresh options. The consultation includes an in-depth conversation and sharing of your current marketing plan and the actions you have taken thus far along with goals you’ve set. You’ll be presented with an action plan with options to refresh your presence in the market that also includes a number of milestones to build on. $300.00
  • Branding Assessment gives you an opportunity to rethink and reconsider your current branding strategy. After an in-depth consultation that dives into your business goals and milestones, you’ll receive a multifaceted report giving you options from refreshing your existing brand to possible concepts on rebranding all based on your specific market and long-term goals. $300.00

SPECIAL PROJECTS

  • Document Development provides assistance to develop documents including newsletters, marketing materials, manuals, project proposals or special project requests. A consultation on your specific needs starts the process. Document development projects start at $50 and increase depending on the project goals and time-frame. As always a project proposal after our consultation will include the full amount and payment options.
  • Data Collection and Organization helps you to take one more item off your list. After a consultation about your project, a proposal with projected pricing will be provided. Data collection and organization projects start at $50.
  • Other Options are available. After our consultation, you may have other items you’d like to add and I’m happy to discuss those with you. You will be provided a proposal and amount of for these other items. If I don’t feel I can meet your needs I will be clear about that with you during our consultation.

CUSTOMIZED PACKAGES

  • We can work together to build a customized package for you. Our initial consultation will get the process rolling. Your special requests and needs are considered while the above packages will be the base of your customized package quote.
